We were welcomed by the friendliest owner Jason and his office staff Audrey. Such a simple but beautiful spot to stay. Jason showed us to our site, and explained were everything was. Jack the grounds keeper was so helpful friendly and new all the spots to go. The beach was beyond anything we have experience user friendly and sand and rock. Our view of sunsets like no other. Town and shopping was also very close. We stayed 7 nights and found lots to keep us busy. Great restaurants close. Thanks for a great time to great people!

Très beau camping! La vue est simplement incroyable avec un bel accès à la plage. Ne manquer pas les coucher de soleil, ils sont à couper le souffle. Le personnel est courtois, la douche gratuite et la crème glacée délicieuse!

Waves End RV & Campground stands out to RVers for its beautiful ocean views, easy access to a quiet sandy beach, and stunning sunsets right from most sites. Folks highlight the friendly and accommodating staff, fresh facilities, and clean restrooms. The location is conveniently close to Cheticamp, Cape Breton National Park, and plenty of dining and hiking options, making it an excellent base for exploring the Cabot Trail. While the sites offer nice layouts and solid hookups, several RVers mention there are no sewer hookups at the sites—just a dump station that can be tricky for big rigs to use. Site spacing can feel a bit tight and the gravel lots may seem basic, but the atmosphere, scenery, and handy amenities keep most RVers coming back. High-speed internet and good cellular speeds are a bonus for staying connected. Dog Friendly.

Enjoyed the openness and view of St. Lawrence Bay. Spotless shower and restroom facility. Owners were very helpful and accommodating from the start. We had a health issue with our dog and the owners were at our RV immediately to do everything possible to help our distressed dog. Fortunately, our dog survived with their help.

This campground is just one year old. It is in a superb location, along the Cabot Trail and just outside of the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. The sites were spacious and open within steps of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Each site has a fire ring and table. The sunsets here are stunning, with each site having an unobstructed view. Along with this campground, you have access to some of the best food and music that Nova Scotia has to offer. A stay here gives you all of that and ready access to the Acadian, and the Skyline Trails. You also have ready access to whale watching tours in Chéticamp and Pleasant Bay. Topping all of this off are the owners of this place. Always willing to help or share information. This brand new campground has a promising future. We would definitely stay here again.
